Lawspeed was set up in 1997 to bridge the gap between recruiters increasingly burdened by new legislation and solicitors who did not fully understand their business, and provide fast easily accessible support to our clients.

We are best known for our highly acclaimed portfolio of operating contracts and terms of business, widely used by recruiters and employers and never to our knowledge beaten in any court proceedings since 1997.

Lawspeed has subsequently evolved a wide range of services to help recruiters and employers alike, is the legal services provider to the Association of Recruitment Consultancies (ARC), and has participated on behalf of clients in various government consultations since 2001.

Our philosophy is to help clients to resolve problems in a rapid, practical and efficient way whilst encouraging the management of risk to prevent the build up of future liabilities.
