Booking Terms for Webinars, Seminars and Conferences

 

  1. All confirmed (non provisional) bookings must be accompanied by payment by credit card. No booking is valid without cleared payment. Bookings will normally be acknowledged by email with a VAT receipted invoice.
  2. Please contact us on 01273 236236 if you have not received booking confirmation within 7 days of making your booking.
  3. No refunds permitted save at our sole discretion.
  4. Discounts for ARC members apply as offered.
  5. These terms apply to each booking and are deemed accepted by any person making a booking. 

 

For seminars and conferences

1. Please ensure you arrive before close of registration as the event will start promptly immediately thereafter. If you believe you may be late please advise us as far as possible in advance so that we can make suitable seating arrangements. We accept no liability if you miss part of the presentation due to late attendance.

2. We reserve the right to alter the speakers and/or the venue or the programme or any advertised timings (but not overall start and finish times although finish times are estimated) our sole discretion.

3. We may cancel or  reject any individual booking at any time at our sole discretion and where a payment has been already  received we shall issue a refund.

4. We reserve the right to cancel a seminar or change the seminar date and timings and in the event that we do so we shall give you as much advance warning as possible. Should you be unable to attend the amended date or time and advise us more than 48 hours in advance in writing you may elect to request a refund or transfer the payment to the cost of another event. 

5. Save as expressed in these terms we accept no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect costs or claims of any kind incurred by you as a result of a cancellation or change to any advertised details.
