Failure to implement a contract properly can be as damaging as failing to deal with disciplinary processes appropriately. Each can leave you exposed to risk.

For example you will find it impossible to enforce any breach of a restrictive covenants if all the ducks are not properly lined up. Also niggly little employment problems can turn into annoying time wasting issues if you cannot access the right answer quickly.

The Lawspeed Employment Manual explains what to do in most cases. As with our employment contracts we offer a unique maintenance scheme under which we continuously update the Manual whenever legal or commercial issues require it. This keeps your information fully up to date. Signing up to the the maintenance scheme is optional, although we would strongly recommend it.
