The prices quoted below include implementation advice to ensure the final contract is used correctly and suits your practical requirements, whilst still being 'client-friendly'. If your client requests minor modifications, these will also be considered and incorporated if appropriate within the scope of the implementation process. If significant redrafting or negotiation becomes necessary then this may incur further costs.
If you are not able to present your own contractual agreement to your client then we will be able to provide a Dual Purpose Review of the client’s own terms and negotiate changes where appropriate in relation to commercial risk, liabilities, intellectual property rights implications and (if appropriate) IR35.
