of Success Analysis - £100 (ex VAT),
we will represent you for an informal determination
by the Revenue.
We shall include our own legal analysis and relevant
case law to support an interpretation of self-employment.
We have a 100% successful record in preliminary IR35
status arguments with the Inland Revenue, (34 cases
finalised to date, all successfully) and we have a wealth
of formidable case law at our disposal.
We require:
- a copy of the contract,
- details of your N.I. number and your company's tax
reference number,
- a statement of facts completed to give details about
the actual working arrangements.
This fixed-price services includes our detailed submission
information and a single rebuttal. If necessary, follow
up correspondence regarding extensive replies from the
Inland Revenue will be charged at our hourly rate of
£120 plus VAT.
