MSC Legislation - Finance Bill Passed - August '07
Although the principal parts of the MSC legislation have
been in force by order since 6th April 2007, the Finance Bill has
now been formally enacted. With a few minor changes to the March version of the
legislation, the full MSC legislation and the transfer of debt provisions is
now in full force, and can be found at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/employment-status/legislation.htm
