In addition to our bespoke IR35 services, we offer four fixed price review options:

Option 1 – Ready Review Saver – £85 + vat

Take advantage of the thousands of IR35 reviews we have undertaken since April 2000 and save money. For £85 + vat we will provide you with an IR35 review on your contract if it matches a contract we have already reviewed.

How does that work?

We will search our database and if the contract is on our database we will send you the IR35 contract report. If the contract is not on our then this review option is not available.

This option only relates to a review of your contract.

Option 2 – Standard IR35 Contract Review – £160 + vat

Option 1 is a no brainer. However if it is unavailable, our widely acclaimed standard IR35 contract review service, offered since April 2000, now costs £160 + vat.

Following your order with payment and a copy of your contract we shall review the contract and provide you with a proper legal analysis of your contract from an IR35 perspective. Since we have been drafting contracts for the recruitment industry since 1993, and are legal rather than accountancy based, we are acutely aware of all the relevant issues.

Option 3 – IR35 Status Review – £249 + vat

There is no real substitute for a full status review. Only if both your contract and your working arrangements demonstrate an outside IR35 status can you really feel confident. Why? The working arrangements are more vital to operating outside IR35 than the contract terms themselves. This is why we have always taken the view that a tick box approach to advising whether a person is caught by IR35 is not appropriate.

Following your order with payment and a copy of your contract, we shall look in detail both at the contract and your actual working arrangements from information you provide. We shall then provide you with an IR35 review you can truly rely on. Where problems are thrown up, for example where important clauses are missing, or there are clauses that are counter to the intention, or perhaps where your work arrangement is not properly described, we will provide our written recommendations.

Option 4 – Dual Purpose (IR35 and Commercial) Review – £340 + vat

Our legal experts will examine either a current or proposed contract and give a completely independent appraisal, indicating potential risks, including indemnity provisions, intellectual property rights, restriction clauses and payment terms, and whether it will be deemed akin to a contract of employment or self-employment for the purposes of IR35.
