After the essential Prospects of Success Analysis, if you have approached HM Revenue & Customs for an informal opinion, or if your have undergone a PAYE Employer Compliance visit and you are not satisfied with the IR35 determination then we can represent you and liase with the Revenue on your behalf.
The initial correspondence is included within this fee – comprising a detailed rebuttal of HMRC's reasons for failing an engagement, and citing relevant case law to support an interpretation of deemed self-employment. If protracted correspondence becomes necessary, this will incur further charges (hourly rate of £150 excl. VAT).
