Lawspeed seminar: "Consultation on the limited company opt out."
The government has launched a consultation on the
Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
This could have a significant impact on recruitment companies, including a proposal to remove the limited company opt out under Regulation 32.

Lawspeed is holding a seminar from 2pm on 7th May at the London Chamber of Commerce, Queen’s Street, London to discuss the current government consultation relating to the future of agencies' ability to use limited company and/or umbrella contractors, as well as changes to the regulatory procedures for permanent and other placements. In addition, from 11 am Lawspeed will be holding a free legal and recruitment advice surgery open to all, whether or not booked into the seminar. This will continue throughout the day until 4.30pm.
