The arrival of the EAA Regulations
in April 2004 heralded the biggest changes in over 25 years to the way
the recruitment industry operates. Many Recruitment Consultancies are
still struggling to implement the changes, whilst others are adapting
to the new working practices. In the meantime life goes on and recruiters
need to keep up with a raft of other issues.
Lawspeed is presenting a series of seminars to assess the practical
impact of the Regulations six months on, and to look ahead to other issues
current or on the horizon. With its extensive client base Lawspeed has
considerable insight into the experience of Recruiters in relation to
areas of dispute and complaint. A key topic area will be how to deal
with contentious issues in light of new obligations arising from the
Regulations.
