Compliance with agency regulations is important for all recruiters, and is now a by word. This need not be seen as a negative, interfering with the sales process, but rather as a positive - following a process that is commercially beneficial. Indeed many of the requirements for process do make a good commercial sense in terms of locking in deals and thus value.
There are two aspects. First understanding the requirements. Second implementing them in a user friendly way. For the first see our EAA Regulations operating manual below, and for the second we have developed a process flowchart which works with your recruitment software - see Consultant Manager.

EAA Regulations Operating Manual
As recruitment law specialists we have developed a comprehensive manual
to guide even the most legal phobic recruiter through the maze of the
Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations
2003 (“EAA Regulations”).
The detail has been translated into a user-friendly manual which every
self-respecting recruiter will want to have close to hand. The manual
breaks down the recruitment process into manageable chapters and each
Regulation relevant to that particular part of the process is
highlighted. Flowcharts and working examples help to clarify complex
issues, for example on the point of transfer fees and quarantine
periods.
The appendices include a set of supporting documentation,
checklists and pro-formas with suggested formats for implementing the
EAA Regulations within your organisation.
| The manual package is supplied electronically, on CD and in a hardback format. |
