After analysing your contract we deliver a detailed
report identifying which, if any, contract clauses could
cause you to be caught by IR35. This can be useful in
challenging an adverse status decision by the Inland
Revenue and can be shown to your agency or client to
begin negotiating new contract terms. We are able to
re- draft and negotiate these
changes on your behalf for an additional charge. |
