Lawspeed Seminar | 14th January 2025 | 1pm-5pm | BMA House, London
Proposed changes to umbrella tax, conduct regulations and employment law could reshape recruitment supply chains. Understand what’s coming and how to protect your business.
From April 2026, proposed legislation could make agencies jointly and severally liable for unpaid PAYE when working with umbrella companies. Combine this with updates to the 2003 Conduct Regulations and changes under the Employment Rights Bill, and the implications for recruitment businesses are significant.
This seminar breaks down the proposals, explains where risk may fall in the supply chain, and highlights what practical steps you can take now to manage exposure, strengthen your contracts, and protect profitability.
