Seminars and Conferences – Booking Terms

These terms apply to each booking and are deemed accepted by any person making a booking. 

• All confirmed (non provisional) bookings must be accompanied by payment by credit card or other payment system on the website. No booking is valid without cleared payment. Bookings will normally be acknowledged by email with a VAT receipted invoice.
• Discounts for ARC members or Lawspeed subscription clients may be claimed by applying the appropriate coupon discount. Lawspeed subscription clients are those who make regular monthly, or quarterly payments for any Lawspeed or Proterms service.
• Only one coupon discount may be used for any booking. Use of an incorrect coupon will result in a request for payment of the discounted amount, and we reserve the right to charge an admin fee of £20 + vat for incorrect use of a coupon discount.
• Please contact us on 01273 236236 if you have not received booking confirmation within 7 days of making your booking.
• Please ensure you arrive before close of registration as the seminar will start promptly immediately thereafter. If you believe you may be late please advise us as far as possible in advance so that we can make suitable seating arrangements. We accept no liability if you miss part of the presentation due to late attendance.
• No refunds permitted save at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking and in that event we shall refund any payment taken.
• Recordings of presentations and photographs are not permitted without formal written consent from a Lawspeed director.
